Wildlife is abundant - wild turkey, elk, and deer roam freely on this unique property of approximately 2280 deeded acres. A portion of the ranch has been cleared of sagebrush and planted with native grasses for wildlife habitat improvement. Bull and cow elk, mule deer, brown and black bear. All hunting permits issued to the ranch will be transferred upon closing subject to approval by NM Fish and Game Dept. |
