The terrain is rolling hills, pine, pinon and juniper trees. A portion of the ranch has been cleared of sagebrush and planted with native grasses for wildlife habitat improvement.
NORA Coop Electric services the area,
and the electricity is on the North boundary of the ranch w/meter pole.
There is a domestic water well on the North boundary of the ranch with electricity to the well pump. Propane would be used on the ranch with
several propane providers in the immediate area. Septic tank would have
to be installed for sewage disposal. Windstream provides telephone
service for the area which would include broadband and digital TV.
